• Four bedrooms in the main house share a kitchen/dining room/living room that opens out onto the back patio and lawn overlooking the Banana River.  Two bathrooms are shared between the four bedrooms.  For a single room the price is $35/person/night or $210/person/week.  All four rooms (sleeps 8-10) with the kitchen can be rented for large groups or famillies, contact us for availability and pricing.
  • One Studio apartment with a private bathroom and small kitchen is $100/night for 1 or 2 nights, $80/night for 3-6 nights or $480/week.
  • One 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room (sleeps 4-6) is $140/night for 1 or 2 nights, $120/night for 3-6 nights or $720/week.
  • A small area is available for camping also.  Contact us for rates and availability.

Windsurfing gear is available to rent for use right off the back lawn from November to March!  We have a variety of equipment for beginners to advanced sailors.
